Match Rules and Conditions
Tie Matches: A Super Over will be played to break the tie. If the Super Over is also tied, more Super Overs will be played until a winner is determined.
Rain-affected Matches: In the group stage and Super 8s, each team must bat at least five overs for a result. In the semifinals and final, the minimum is ten overs.
Knockout Matches: Additional time is allocated to ensure completion. The first semifinal has a reserve day and extra time, while the second semifinal has a significant time buffer but no reserve day. The final has a reserve day on June 30.

Since its inception in 2007, seven different teams have won the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. India won the inaugural tournament, with the West Indies and England being the only teams to win twice.
